New governance structure

At the Editorial Board Meeting on June 15, 2008 in Bled, Slovenia, the Editors proposed a new governance structure for the journal. The proposal was accepted by the attendees.

Starting with Electronic Markets Vol. 19 (2009) the current Co-Editor will be replaced by the eight following Associate Editors:

• Stefan Klein, University of Münster, Germany
• Nicholas C. Romano, Jr., Oklahoma State University, USA
• Paula Swatman, University of South Australia, Australia
• Rolf T. Wigand, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA
• Xiaona Zheng, Peking University, P.R. China
• Hans-Dieter Zimmermann, University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, Switzerland

Our Associate Editors will be responsible for the review process of each submission we receive. They ensure that each submission will be objectively reviewed and that finally accepted articles conform to our publication standards.

This further underlines Electronic Markets' commitment to publish only high quality research.
