Submission
All submissions will be handled by our online submission system.
Step 1: Read the Issues of Style
- This is required reading.
- It does not need to be filled out or returned to us.
- It provides an overview of the linguistic style that we prefer in our journal.
- It also provides copyright and permission request guidlines.
- We use it to ensure consistency throughout our pages.

Step 2: Prepare your manuscript for online
submission
- Two files are required for submission: a title page with author information and biographies and a blinded manuscript without author names, affiliations etc.
- We provide a template for both files. Please see below.
- You can attach additional files with tables, figures, etc. when submitting your manuscript. This is not required. It is enough to have all tables and figures in your manuscript.
Step 3: Use our online submission system to submit your
manuscript
- Please go to: http://elma.edmgr.com/
- Please follow the step-by-step instructions at the Editorial Manager website carefully.
- When submitting to a focus theme please make sure to fill-in this
information at the step "Additional Information". This is required so
the Editors can assign it to the correct issue and section of the
journal.

To find out about applicable deadlines for submission, please have a
look at the Calls for Papers portlet on the right. Please note:
Electronic Markets carries a general research section and a focus theme
section in each issue. There are no deadlines for submitting to the
general research section. You can submit anytime. Specific deadlines
will be announced only for the focus theme sections.
